The
terms and conditions of your license for the use of World
Art Erotica images are set forth below. World Art Erotica
ishereafter referred to as "W.A.E."
A Person who pays for
a Membership to the World Art Erotica Digital Museum of Human
Sexuality is hereafter referred to as a "Member".
A person who purchases either an original artwork, a print reproduction
or a Custom Sized Digital Image from the World Art Erotica Museum
is also referred to here as a Member.
License
W.A.E.
grants Members the nonexclusive right to use digital images in
the Museum. Members may not use the image in any manner which
is defamatory or otherwise violates any applicable laws. This
license is applies only to the images in the Members Museum. These
images are recommended for online use. For those who wish to have
a high quality printable image then it is necessary to order a

Warranty/Liability
W.A.E.
warrants to you that it has the right to grant this license
to you for all the original and adapted images in its archives
and that all necessary releases have been obtained. Your sole
and exclusive remedy for a breach of these warranties is a refund
of the Membership Price you pay to W.A.E. to license
the image.
W.A.E. makes no
other warranty, express or implied, including, without limitation,
any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular
purpose. In no event shall W.A.E. or any of its affiliates
be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation,
damages for loss of profits, business interruption, loss of
information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the
use of or inability to use any image licensed hereunder.
Assignment/Copies
You may not
transfer or assign this license to a third party. However, you
may make copies either digital or printed, of a W.A.E.
image for the purpose of relicensing or reselling the image (whether
separately or in combination with other images).
Copyright Notice
World Art Erotica
requests but does not require a credit be given to this site
if an image is used from the World Art Erotica website on a
customer's website.
This license
constitutes the entire agreement between you and W.A.E.
concerning the license of the image or images you select. This
license is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and
Canada. All rights to W.A.E. images are protected by
Canadian copyright laws, international treaty provisions and
other applicable laws. This license shall terminate immediately
and automatically without notice from W.A.E. if you fail
to comply with any of the terms or conditions of this license
agreement.
