Sit facing your partner
Put left foot into your groin
Extend right leg to meet
partner
Grab partner's left elbow
with right hand
Hold partner's right knee
with left hand
Look into partner's eyes
Lengthen your spine
Extend right arm up over
head

Health Benefits:
This pose opens the hips,
hamstrings, and inner thigh muscles. Also, this pose opens up the chest
and rib cage to allow for expansive deep breaths.
Keep in Mind:
Stay relaxed in your shoulders
and think of extending your spine. Look under your arm toward your partner
and pull gently on each other's elbows to allow for the opening of the
chest.
